Ceremony to feature speakers and honor those who died trying to cross the wall from 1961-1989
最色导航鈥檚 will host a campuswide event commemorating the 30th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.
WHO:
Speakers include the Honorable Chuck Clay, benefactor of the section of the Berlin
Wall to KSU; Dr. Heike Fuller, the German consul general for Atlanta; and KSU students.
WHAT:
The history of the Berlin Wall and its impact during the Cold War as well as the
story of the arrival of the section to KSU will be shared by the speakers. A wreath
will be displayed at the bottom of the wall to honor victims and the division caused
by the Berlin Wall before its fall.
