Registration is now open for the 4th Annual National Hybrid Schools Conference! We are excited to invite you to join us this year for what promises to be a groundbreaking and inspiring event, happening from April 24-26, 2025. Whether you're a returning participant or new to our community, this is your opportunity to experience a refreshed, more engaging conference format and connect with industry peers like never before.

What鈥檚 New for 2025?

We鈥檙e shaking things up with a new conference structure designed to create more interactive, collaborative, and meaningful experiences for all attendees. Here鈥檚 a sneak peek at the updated schedule:

  • Thursday, April 24: Afternoon exhibitor hour + Welcome reception
  • Friday, April 25: Full day of panel discussions, exhibitor breaks, and an inspiring keynote speaker
  • Saturday, April 26: Half-day of interactive discussions and another keynote address

Get ready for dynamic sessions, new networking opportunities, and fresh ways to engage with experts and fellow educators. This will truly be a year of transformation 鈥� and we can鈥檛 wait for you to be part of it!

Professional Headshots for Participants

In response to a fantastic participant suggestion last year, we鈥檙e excited to offer conference attendees the opportunity to take professional headshots at no additional cost. Whether you鈥檙e updating your LinkedIn profile, website, or simply want a polished new photo, we鈥檝e got you covered. Don鈥檛 miss this chance to refresh your professional image!

2025 Registration Fees

  • HSS Members: $75
  • Non-HSS Members: $100
  • New this year: After March 28, registration rates will increase to $100 for HSS members and $125 for non-HSS members.
  • Registration will CLOSE on April 11.

Hotel Information

We鈥檝e secured a special discounted room block at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Conference Center. The room rate is $189/night, with discounted parking at $15/daily or $20/overnight for those in the group block.

Deadline to book your hotel at the discounted rate is Friday, April 4, 2025.

Travel Support Application

If you need assistance with travel expenses, we encourage you to apply for a travel grant. The deadline to apply is January 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm.

Successful applicants will be notified by February 14, 2025, and you will receive a different link for registration. Grant funds will be disbursed after the conference.

We are no longer accepting Travel Grant Applications at this time.
